Why We Built This
When we started Noventralink in 2025, we did it with you in mind.
Born and raised in the Philippines ourselves, we’ve seen what happens back home. At NAIA, we’ve watched moms and dads cry as they hug their children for the last time in what will probably be a very long time — leaving to go abroad because the opportunities at home aren’t enough to provide for their families.
We all want to build better lives for the people we love. And sometimes that’s really difficult in the Philippines. So we sacrifice one thing for another.
We grew up alongside talented, intelligent people. They’re our friends, our classmates, siblings. They went on to become engineers, architects, accountants. We all had so much hope about what life would look like after college — and then we’re met with the reality that sometimes, the opportunities just aren’t there.
We’ve also heard something that breaks our hearts: talented Filipinos saying they don’t want to work for Filipino-owned companies anymore because too often, it’s Filipinos who exploit other Filipinos the most — paying the lowest wages, providing the least support, and pocketing the difference. And what’s sad is, that reputation exists for a reason.
That’s why Noventralink exists. We understand how hard it is on both sides and we want to make a difference. We can’t fix the whole industry, but if the people in our corner can say their lives are a little better because of the work we do, then we’ve done what we came here for.
We know there’s a better way. And we’re honest enough to say we’re not the only ones doing it — there are other good providers out there too. But the offshore industry as a whole still has a bad reputation, and a lot of that comes from agencies that severely underpay the people doing the actual work while they pocket most of what clients pay and offer barely any support after placement.
